Hi all,

Apologies if this is the wrong area, as a newbie I can only post in a few places.

I’m uncut, I think this is important.

I’ve been doing the JP 90 day routing and am about 74 days through and have noticed an odd problem that I can’t see referenced elsewhere. After doing the exercises and cleanup I find that when my foreskin is back in its normal position, where the glans is fully covered, the skin right at the end is really dry and cracked etc. I guess this is the skin that is stressed during stretching but isn’t touched during Jelqing.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? How do you stop it? Should I be worried? I’ve been moisturizing after exercising and that seems to help.

I’ve been exercising in private as the Missus doesn’t know I’m doing them. I don’t want her getting her hopes up in case I get no gains

I had really dry skin around the base and underneath the shaft from Jelqing. I have turkey neck and I believe this contributes to the problem. I quit Jelqing of all kinds all together because personally it doesn’t work for me.
I replaced it with Ulis and Big Al’s the squeeze, I’m yet to measure tho!

You can also try coconut oil for the dry skin.

What do you mean by serious gains? If you have gained in 2 months that is good. This is a marathon not a sprint. Just saying this because I don’t want you to hurt yourself.

What I meant was that I haven’t made any real world gains that could be worth putting up with the soreness. If I had gained 1/2” or so I would just deal with it. I’m still getting used to the exercises so my technique might be a little sloppy so a change might help.

I am really not to familiar with the JP 90 routine. It could be it is just to intense and you need to build up a little more slowly. Since you are talking about soreness.

Just ULIs are not a basic exercise. You are talking about soreness which isn’t always a bad thing. But in this case it might be. Now you might be moving to a more intense exercise when your penis is already feeling beat up.

I was asking about gains because if you gained 1/8th of an inch in the last 2 months and you continued with that pattern you might hit an inch gain in a year and 4 months. Those are real world significant gains. Now of course growth isn’t usually linear like that but I am just trying to provide an example

I always use cocoa butter while doing jelqing and pumping. Acts as lube while maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin E oil works well for healing bruised areas.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"
