Well, haven’t posted here for a bit. Definately been doing PE on and off for many years, but only really put my full self into it the last few months. Still consider myself a newbie..In the last 4 months now, I’ve gone from bpel-7 eg-5 to bpel-8 eg-6.
I don’t know if thats fast or average.. But my question..I had always thought jelqing was a girth excersize, hence I have stayed away thinking it would hinder my length increases from hanging (more girth, more dick to stretch, less gains.etc.)
Recently I’ve seen that jelqing may help with length??
Should I be doing more than just a couple here and there to restore circulation after stretching?-Thanks
