Jelqing technique when uncut - best way to get girth gains?
I’m coming up on about 3 months now since I’ve started the newbie routine, and I’ve gotten pretty decent length gains, but no girth gains which is really what I was hoping for. I just measured last night for the first time in a month and was a little disappointed.
What I’m wondering is if my jelq technique is not conducive to girth gain. For a few weeks I tried dry jelqing but found that I preferred wet jelqing, so since then I’ve been wet jelqing. What I do is, with the off-hand, gently hold both a bit of my skin at the base and my balls back so that my foreskin doesn’t slide up over my glans while I’m jelqing (I don’t actually make a strong grip at the base or anything). Then with the main hand I do 3-4 second strokes with an overhand grip. I do about 10 strokes and then switch hands. The last few weeks I thought maybe I was doing too much (had read some “less is more” threads) and dropped jelqing to 15 minutes.
So, this is different from traditional jelqing where you use two hands - you attach the second one at the base before you release the first one from right before your glans. Is this key in getting girth gains from jelqing? It seems like if you have your new grip at the base squeezed before you release the first one that more pressure is created and your strokes are building more upon each other. This is in contrast to fully releasing a grip after each stroke, in which you lose all of your pressure.
Thoughts on this? Also, the reason why I have been doing my technique is because I really don’t want my foreskin to cover my glans when erect. Currently it sits below my glans, and I really like how it looks that way so I don’t want more foreskin. Should I just not worry about my skin stretching a bunch and go with the two-hand jelq like I described?
