So I’ve been on the program for over a month. Recently I increased my routine a bit. I warm up for 5 minutes, stretch with my extender in down position and up position for 8minutes. I have a vacuum extender so it’s easy to put on and get a good stretch. I mainly use it because I do my routine at 5am when I wake up and it gives me some time to brush my teeth and put contacts in and all that. Been working good. Then I Jelq for 120 repetitions, which takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes. Take a hot shower to warm down.

With my technique, I feel like I might be doing it right now? I mean before, I was more “sliding” my hands down the shaft and pushing blood forward. Now, I am pulling at the same time as I push blood up the shaft which I feel gives me a better stretch as well. My ligiments today feel worked. If someone can offer some advice on what works best for them. I haven’t been doing this long enough to see what works and what doesn’t. Luckily I take weekends off and hopefully the two days gives me good recovery. My schedule is Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday.

On another not too, I’m excited because I’m cycling on this workout supplement that really increases my libido and erections. I can’t wait to measure and see what progress I have made. I take this since I lift a lot so it’s not really for PE.

I also was doing the same as you when I started out , I would slide over my penis with the ok grip to push blood through the penis .

I do a similar routine as you and it seems to be working for me

In case you’re not already doing it, I’d also say that you should vary the position even a bit more to include pulling to each side. Up and down are great, but side motions tend to work areas that you hadn’t expected.
