Sup guys, now about a week in the newbie routine. I was wondering about erect jelqing.

I see a lot of posts where people say stuff like 30% erect jelqing is good for length and full erect for girth. Problem is I can not jelq with a semi boner. It always goes 100% and I have tried multiple things. I mean jelqing with full erection should be good too no??

Also with stretching my dick sometimes gets like 20-40% erect. Is that a problem?

And how hard do you guys tighten the grip at jelqing and how hard do you pull with stretching?

Do not jelq at a 100% erection! Use a grip firm enough to simply move blood up the shaft and stop at the glans.

Pull hard enough when stretching to feel just a bit of tension. Use constant heat during your routine.

But how do I get it to 80% as they describe in the newbie routine then? I can’t really help it, by penis is very sensitive and just gets fully erect instantly

As soon as your erection starts to fade you are good to go really. Make sure your reps are long and hard and your penis will start to understand it’s work not fun times.

When I start jelqing it will look like 100% after a min or 2 but if you stop you will notice it’s not fully erect it’s just engorged and that is the state you want your penis in for as long as possible.

Stretching should be done flaccid as in completely flaccid because even slightly erect will not allow you to stretch the penis beyond your erect length.

So I tried taking it a bit slower this time, I would let it fade a BIT, still having a lot of the length but making sure that It isnt rock hard, I could bend it a bit. I think that would be like 80% right? Then I did like 4-5 strokes and check again. Doing the strokes it felt like it was 100% but when I let go it was like 85-90% (I think this is what you mean with the engorged?) and I would let it go down a bit again. Is that a good tactic? When it is like 80% and I do the 4-5 jelqs I can see it fill up with blood a bit, but I think because the veigns are more under the skin than at 100% it doesnt look to be filling up as much. Am I doing it right? And as far as stretching goes, I tried the same thing and I think that worked too.

The more you do and practice the less aroused you’ll be.. If it helps to distract you sit there with a picture of someone particularly unattractive on your phone whist you do it lol

Sounds about right. The more time spent with your dick the more you will be able to judge erection level. The jelqing process will engorge your penis with blood so yes veins are good.

I’m now doing the whole session while looking to a youtube vid! Works out really well. Indeed I’m getting less aroused on each session. Thanks guys I just take small breaks inbetween strokes

I did notice I have been doing 10min stretches instead of 5 but that actually felt better. I felt like 10 just didnt cut it
