Jerk To Stretch Or Slow Extension

I have looked lots and failed to find a good description of starting a manual stretch.

Do you start each stretch abruptly then hold for the prescribed time or do you extend slowly and hold the stretch?

There are so many theories about the physical nature of penis tissues than I really can’t be sure.

If I am stretching before the gym, I stretch gradually but my goal is not to permanently lengthen things, just loosen them up.

I think my penis stretch is used to loosen and hopefully lengthen as well.

Any input would be appreciated.

In general, abruptly entering any stretch is more risky than entering slowly, and often counterproductive. When I manual stretch, I start with mild intensity and then work up to moderate intensity, paying attention to not ever put myself in any pain. As my stretching session continues, I stretch with increasing intensity, but I always go slow enough that I can feel exactly how and where I’m experiencing the stretch. So to summarize, I gradually intensify during each specific stretch and over the course of the session my overall intensity tends to increase as well. I’m curious about other responses as well.

I also must add that I think circumcised men have the advantage when stretching.

I find the glans on my uncircumcised dick too sensitive to the grip while stretching. That is my limiting factor on intensity. I’m sure that circumcised men have built in calluses on their glans. LOL

I’ve never asked anyone but does it seem plausible.
