Does jerking affects PE?

There are a few components here that have been considered.

After ejaculation the penis typically retracts to some degree. Retraction is not desired because the idea is that PE creates gaps between the tissue (micro tears) and maintaining the volume of those gaps while healing is considered optimal.

Masturbating can interfere with/disrupt the healing cycle.

Others will add to or discredit the above.

I do not consider myself a big gainer and I will add, I both masturbate and have sex regularly. This has always been the case and god wiling I will take it to my grave.

I would rather have a smaller cock than a lonely one. My personal preference. Follow your heart and be you before all other.

My opinion, you should not masturbate while doing PE if you want optimal results; especially afterwards. The reason why is because semen contains significant amounts of trace minerals like zinc, which is necessary for testosterone, tissue growth and repair. So if you’re jacking off constantly, you will deplete your body’ zinc stores and potentially slow down your body’s repair process, which is vital if you want to be a fast gainer.

It’s been debated as long as the board has been up. No one has any true data either way, just psuedo-scientific conjecture.
