Just got a Thickwall Cylinder, any good tips or workouts?
I’ve been doing PE for about 3 years now, (I’ve been using a bathmate herculues, then a goliath) and I finally got a cylinder.
What’s the main stuff I should keep in mind when doing air-pumps versus hydro-pumps?
I’ve read through the manual and stuff that came with the pump, and so far I’m going to warm up for maybe 10 minutes or so with the bathmate, then move on to the cylinder, where I’ll do the consistent pressure, followed by the one where pressure is raised high, then dropped, and repeat, maybe for 5 minutes each.
What do you guys do? Also, is it a good idea to pull on the air pump while in use, maybe to add a little extra “pull”?
