Ok, I have been doing PE for a month now and I just measured. I’ve been doing the newbie routine 10 minute of stretching, 5 minute of jelqing with a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute warm down with 5 minutes of kegels. I haven’t gained anything besides my flaccid length and that varies day by day. My EQ is the same but my libido has went down. My girlfriend loves to have sex and wants everyday and before I started PE I didn’t have this problem.. Is this normal for your libido to go down when you start PE? If so, how long does it last? Any advice on my routine, what I could be doing wrong, or an explanation on my libido would be greatly appreciated.

How old are you? Have there been any other major changes to your lifestyle besides PE? What are your PI’s like?

Sounds like something else in your life has changed, diet, sleep, stress, these all play a major role in libido. I highly doubt that PE, especially with a light routine like you have been following would be affecting your sex drive.

I’m 22 and I’ve been living in stress for a while now but it hasn’t got to me until here recently. I got some more bad news here in the past couple months so that might be it. Will this affect my gains?

It won’t affect gains I don’t think, but it could and probably will affect erection quality which you could misinterpret as a lack of gains or loss of original size

Is there anything I can take to improve my libido that won’t affect me in the long run or affect my EQ when I get off of it?

I’ve heard horny goat weed works, im sure there are others out there, just do some searching around and im sure you’ll find what youre looking for!

Personally, sex wears out my dick and prevents me from doing PE on the days I get laid. Doing both your workout and your girl is probably overtraining for you. I’d put PE to the side for now and just enjoy your sex life; do PE down the road when your sex life has slowed down some.

If you don’t exercise daily you should seriously start there. Not only is it arguably the best stress-reliever but the physical benefits including a stronger libido are endless.

Just my thoughts, but you might want to increase the jelqing time to about 15 mins. 5 mins isn’t long enough to get the penis going in my view. I’ve been doing PE since July (started again after a few years off) and I’m doing 25 mins jelqing, 20 mins stretching. I’ve gained about 1/2 inch in that time.
