I measured my bpel at 6.8 last night. I have gained .1 since march 7th and .6 since late november. I read sparky’s thread on “is less more or is more more” and helped me realize that my perfect workout is 15 minutes of stretching followed by 80 jelqs. It makes my EQ go through the roof within hours. Any more then that and my EQ goes to hell. It is a definite must read. I’m stoked for the gains and hope they continue. Big thanks to sparky.

I think I have gained some girth as well though I was always satisfied with how fat my dick is so I never bothered measuring girth until just recently.

My EQ is insane with these light workouts, my morning wood is better then it has ever been. I reccomend you guys give it a try…

Nice gains Lambros. I too have hit a growth spurt of late going extremely light (one set of stretches, 75 jelqs). Keep it up!

Hmmm. Well then, I do get tired with 300 jelqs, so I guess I’ll cut down to 200 or less if I haven’t grown by June.

80 jelqs? Does this gives you a good pump?

I measured this morning and I’m up to 6.9 as of today. I didn’t believe it at first so I measured again and verified it…

80 or so jelqs will give me a good pump but to be honest I usually don’t count while jelqing. My signal to stop is when my dick starts spotting, this means I have pushed my cock beyond its limit which is the key to growth.

I have also recently said fuck lot theory and have done the opposite of what it preaches. Seems to work well for me.
