Just kegals the first months
I´m just 18 and feel that I´ve got many years to get the gains that I want. My PC (or BC??) muscle is really weak, so would it be a good idea for me to start with only doing kegals the first months and really strenghten that muscle up. That will give me better circulation and all that when I start with the real PE.
What do you think? A good idea?
How should I train my PC- muscle. What´s the best way?
