Just over 3 month mark! Almost made initial length goal!

After just over 3 months I crept up just a bit more and came damn close to my initial goal of NBPEL 6.0
I am now at - NBPEL 5.938 (I almost gave it to myself)

MY BPEL also crept up a bit:
I am now - BPEL 6.938 (I almost gave this to myself as well)

My width was over my initial goal of 5.0 after a short 3 weeks.
I am now at - EG 5.5

Flaccid length and width seem to have stalled but are also less consistent to measure. In fact my NEL went way down this time.
NEL - 4.0
NEG - 4.5

Really link to know how you manage to gain .75” in girth in only 3 months, what’s you secret.

Whoa yea. So you’re first girth goal was 5 inches yet you got to 5.5 in 3 weeks? How might I ask?

No secret at all, its called the Newby Routine. Here is my bread and butter:

PE days are Mon, Tues, Thues, Fri. (This schedule is actually out the window these days for personal reasons.)

- 5 min. wrap with warm water
- Manual stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each; down, down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out.
- V stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each, up and down.
- Wet Jelq: 5 minutes each position, 4-5 seconds each Jelq; down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out.
- Get about 90% erect and hold at base to fully engorge. Then release and Kegel to keep pumped up. Stimulate erection to keep full. I do this once with each hand for about 1 minute each.
- Do a couple of ULI’s
- Do some edging and don’t finish!
- Run warm water over penis for a minute or so

Like I have said in past posts about my gains. Iattribute allot of my gains to simply having a harder healthier penis. I know when I started I didnt get the hard wood I am getting now.

I can’t PE girth without finishing, but when I measure on the 25th of this month I’ll find out if cumming at the end is even detrimental at all.

Spruce this do not seem newbie routine to me! Pretty rough

1.5 inches within three months bone pressed, that is almost unbelievable.

Your right, this is what I have graduated myself to, I would say the first 1.5 months I kept to the Newby Routine by the book then deviated a bit. I swear most of my gains came ealry on though.

Well, I’m not sure what you want me to say, they are the measurements. Could that first measurement have been off a quarter inch since I didn’t know what I was doing? Yeah maybe…so I only gained an inch and a quarter. Regardless, I am ecstatic and thankful to Thunders.

Keep in mind though, and I’m not trying to burst your bubble ;) , that the Newbie Routine is designed mostly for conditioning your dick for the more serious exercises. And since your dick wasn’t accustomed to the new challenge, it adopted fairly quickly…you are seeing it in form of temporary gains.

Don’t stop now.

After you’ve completed the routine, move on to the serious stuff.

Thanks so much, I’m finished 3 months of the newby routine and have started some light clamping. I really want more length though, at the same time I’m not real interested in anything other than manual stretches for length. I guess I will just add more time or reps to my stretch routine.

What would you recommend for “Serious stuff” if the newbie routine was followed for 3-4 months.

Or..

What would be the next step in your opinion.
