All I have to say is WOW, this site is amazing I’ve spent the last hour reading thru all the stretches and Jelq techniques and am very enthusiastic about where this is headed.

Here is my plan please let me know if this incorrect I am interested in both L and G.
5 min heat warm up
15 min manual stretches
5 min warm up
15 min basic jelq
5 min warm down?
This will be done for 2 days on 1 day off until??
BTW, my friend started off big (aroud 8in) and is now closing in on 10 1/4in :O
My goal is a friendly 8 :) what is the fastest safest way possible of achieving 2 in?
