That’s normal, especially after you’ve just started. Your breaking down and restructuring the tissues in your penis, so you will notice your erections won’t be as strong until they’re rebuilt and reconditioned. It will also take additional time for your circulatory system to adapt to the increase in volume.
This is why adequate rest time and nutrition are so important for PE. When I first started PEing about 10 years ago, I was a smoker and led a unhealthy lifestyle and I think it made gains harder than it should have been. Smoking especially is bad because it negatively affects your circulation and the availability of certain important nutrients. That said, I still managed to gain about .25” in EG, but no length gains. Now that I’m pumping again but this time as a non smoker (I quit 3 years ago) and a much healthier person, I have noticed some very rapid gains since I started almost two weeks ago. So hopefully, this time I’m looking to gain about an inch in girth and an inch in length and I will be happy.
