OK people,

So been here for ages, more of less four years and always been on and off with P.E, with no consistency whatsoever (heh, story of my life)

So far; I have been one week into a jelqing programme, which is exactly what I need, to follow, I.e. Some thing I can follow along, think disney sing-a-long but this is porn-hub Jelq-a-long!

Anyway I found this guys’ videos great as he has a real focus on warming up and warming down throughout the work out which is genius and great for newbies to avoid injury, I personally have found it extremely useful and I am already seeing progress possibly more in one week than I have seen in four years of dabbling with P.E.

Just did a routine with uli holds and jelqs.. Man I had a monster flaccid.

This really works for me..

After one month going to see where I am at!

Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

Tried a 3 set and worked well for me. Had to exclude the pump due to being at work but managed the jelq. Breaking it up with the hand changes helped me manage the 90 reps well. I did some other blood flow actions in place of the pump. The guy must be on this forum as he presents it so well and in line with what the vets teach

Glad you enjoyed.. Hope you incorporated the hot towel that really is a great idea to loosen everything up.. Even thinking of getting an infrared lamp now.. Anyway almost a week and feeling like its making a huge difference already

I didn’t watch everything yet just the initial vid. I use a microwave heat pad so hoping that helps!

Think I am going to start keeping a log of all the videos I follow I.e. The different days and how many work outs/ sets I get to perform in a day,

For example today I followed:

How to Get a Monster Cock: Monday - Jelqing and Uli Hold - 7/22/19-18mins:14secs
+
HOW TO GET A MONSTER COCK | DAY 3- 12mins:52secs

31mins and 06 secs of Jelq/ stretching (found that day 3 incorporates a fair amount of stretching)

Consistency is key

125 jelqs (approx) in shower with coconut oil.

5 sets of 25 with 4 mins bathmate on low pressure in between sets!!
