Just starting PE, any advice tips comments

Had my first PE session yesterday. It was ok. The manual stretches felt weird and the head of my penis turned purple. I don’t know if that is normal. I did it in the shower so I let warm water run over me for 5 minutes instead of hot wrap and then did the same thing at the end while simultaneously performing kegels (to save time) I will follow the Beginner routine and wrote out how much to progress each week so I am not guessing.

Right now I measure 5x5.

My goal is to have my girth fit a magnum large condom, which I think it would fit at 5.5” girth. As for length I’d be more than satisfied with gaining 1”.

Does this seem reasonable?

Oh, and I will only do PE Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri because I only have personal time during the week. One more thing. I love to lift weights and increase my strength. As such, I eat a lot and am fairly fat (213lbs with over 20% bodyfat). You think I stand to gain any length by dropping my bodyfat percentage. I don’t care about being fat but if it will help my length to lose weight, I’ll definitely do it.

Well by losing weight youll increase your flaccid size, and your non-bone pressed size, because you will be shrinking your fat pat down there. And by getting in shape, you will possibly increase blood flow if you have any blood flow issues, improving your erection quality.

It depends on how thick your fatpad is. What’s the difference between your bone-pressed and non bone-pressed lengths?

As for gaining actual length, my advice is just stay consistent. Your workout frequency is fine.

Damn, lol, I couldn’t help masturbating after my session today.. I manage not to yesterday. I’ll try and not masturbate on days I do PE. After I start to see results with this I want to buy a fleshlight STU.

I doubt masturbating on PE days makes a difference (of course, assuming you can get it up for some jelqing afterwards). If anything, just try to wait some time (2-3 hours) after you have a meal/workout/sex/masturbate for the blood flow to normalize (just to be on the safe side).

This is my planned progression. After week 6 what do I do? Continue with the same workout of week 6 for another 6 weeks?

Week 1

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch ( 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Week 2

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 6 minutes manual stretch ( 30-second stretches)
3. 14 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 55 kegels of five second holds each

Week 3

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 7 minutes manual stretch ( 30-second stretches)
3. 18 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 60 kegels of five second holds each

Week 4

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 8 minutes manual stretch (30-second stretches)
3. 22 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 65 kegels of five second holds each

Week 5

Don’t worry about week 6 yet. Worry about this week. You may find later that the workout in week 3 is enough, or that you need more stretching and less jelqing, something like that. For now, just pay attention to whether you’re gaining and how sore you feel.

There is a learning curve with these exercises. At first you may jelq 10 minutes and not feel much. After a few weeks you get better at jelqing and you find that you can hit it a lot harder in 10 minutes. That is what you should be focusing on. Get good at these exercises by experimenting with them. Try out different grips and intensities for jelqing-that sort of thing.

Totally agreed. Although some people disagree, PE is a LOT like body building. You don’t really have to lift a ton nor stay in the gym for two hours. Technique is much more important. A slow and proper full range movement and form is more important than lifting heavier or doing more reps.

Ok, I guess I will measure myself after I finish 2 full weeks of workouts.

The reason I am doing this is because I bodybuild. Right now I am doing strength training so I will be strong enough to effectively bodybuild later on. I just want my body to look as close to perfect as possible when I am naked. I don’t care if I have the huge 8x6 penis everyone aims for here, I just want one that is aesthetically pleasing and sexually pleasurable.

Which leads me to another question. Is 5.5” enough girth to satisfy any woman? How about 5” (where I am at now)?

There is no final number in lenght or girth man, every girl it’s every girl, and every guy has a theory about it, for some 6 in girth it’s nothing, and 7 it’s good, and for some 5 in girth it’s like to much, get it??

In statistics speaking I think 5.5” it’s a great number, like I say statistics.
