Ive been reading a bit, and i want more length rather than girth. I cant really find a good way of excersising, problem is i get hard pretty easily and cant do many of the routines. I dont really like the look of hanging.

Ive got this ring, its made of aluminium and is hinged on one side with a screw locking mechanism on the other side. I can put this on and it squeezes pretty tightly when i get erect. Then i can move it up and down and push blood to the end of my penis like a jelq. Do you rekon this could help me?

You aren’t supposed to do jelqs erect, manually or with a device. Give it some time and your penis will become used to the exercises and you’ll be able to do them without getting hard. I’d leave the ring off.

What Westla said is right, I also think you should leave your routine for a while, at least until your penis is ready for that routine. If you are really a newbie, you should start with the newbie routine. You said that you’ve done some reading I guess you have read that the newbie routine is the most important basic exercise for all the advance technique. Don’t rush it, do it slowly but sure. If the problem is you got erection too easily relax your penis will adjust and you could do it like the other guys in this forum. The key is do some reading, start from the newbie routine and do it carefully. Hope this could help. Have a nice day:) .
