I went camping for a few days. So it totals like 4-5 days since my last PE session. I havnt been hard since I left for the trip and I’m kinda nervous about seeing if it shrunk any. I was also wondering if it would be bad to start up exactly where I left off. I shouldn’t have negative gains right now, right?

The answer probably depends on what you were doing before and for how long. Some guys find they have a positive gain after a few days off. If you’re really concerned, don’t measure until you’re back into your routine. My guess is that the few days off didn’t hurt anything.

Different for everyone, but I’ve taken up to 2 weeks off and have noticed no discernible losses. At the very least, however, I try to kegel and edge if I can’t jelq.
