Keeping committed
I’ve been into PE off and on for 5 years now. I’ve made no gains and the problem was identified long ago - I can’t seem to commit myself to the exercises. The longest I’ve gone consecutively is 2 weeks straight with 30 minute routines. My vascular-appearance has gone up along with the strength of my erections, but my goal is size.
Does anybody have tips on committing oneself to this? I’ve considered a PE buddy because I like to do pretty much everything with at least one other person - I don’t enjoy myself much unless I’m doing something with others. This idea seemed a bit odd, though, even if it’s just keeping tabs on each other’s progress online.
