Keeping Erection 80
So I am just starting out my PE journey and I have a question regarding the erection level whilst jelqing. I notice when I get the motion going for jelqing, I start to get really hard, but I remember reading on jelqing basics that I should strive staying below or at least 80% hardness.
In an attempt to avoid injury, how does a newbie maintain a healthy and consistent erection level during the initial stages of PE?
