Kegal pain

Does anyone get a pain down the urethra tube when kegaling sometimes. It tends to be when i lock off a good grip and engorge myself by kegaling fresh blood in. More a sting than pain!!

Occassionally, I get a sharp pain but it is on the top not the bottom. I think it happens when i grip incorrectly.

If you feel pain, don’t do it for a while. Remember, don’t hurt yourself. Please never ever go to the extreme. Thanks.
