Hey Firegoat, thanks for that interesting reply.
————Have the BC problems only occurred since the hard blow? If so, has it remained the same/got better/worse? ————
As that happened 3-4 years ago, I can’t say 100%, but the accident may have just accentuated the problem. And I’d say it slowly got worse then leveled over a few years, I don’t really think I would have even known what was wrong, or to attribute these problems to the muscles, because you don’t really get a thorough understanding of your penis or those muscles before PE. But I remember everything was great when I was like 12 or so, I’m 20 now.
————Did the problem start suddenly or gradually? ————
It’s definitely been a gradual occurrence.
————-How are your ejaculations and sensation of orgasm? Strong, weak?——————
My ejaculations border on painful, the BC muscle contracts so hard it feels like the muscles going to give out sometimes, which I think is really because the muscle is overly toned and is actually weak because if it. There is a disorder called Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) which is when a persons pelvic muscles are chronically tightened/flexed because of chronic stress among other things. They then develop myofascial trigger points(knots in the muscle), and get chronic pain in the region and the muscles get very weak because they are chronically tightened/stretched, which is exactly how these muscles feel to me. I also get PC muscle cramps after I ejaculate sometimes. And the BC muscle is connected to the PC. The people with this disorder (CPPS) are advised not to do kegels because it makes the problems worse, and that’s what they do to me also. So does ejaculation.
These are just my own little theories about this.
—————-Has the problem been constant (not had any times when things felt normal)?
It has pretty much remained constant. Refraining from ejaculating, makes it a bit better
—————-If you place a finger on the perineum and try to contract the BC, can you feel any contraction, however slight?
Yes I can.
—————-Do you ride a bicycle often/long distances? (Competitive cyclists do sometimes get perineal nerve damage, although usually temporary - try Googling for it).
Unfortunately I did do a considerate amount of biking (some over long distance) throughout the time when I didn’t have these problems and when they became pronounced. And on bikes I remember having uncomfortable seats. I’ve also given this a good think and I really love mountain biking but I guess I have to give it up.
—————Do you have any sensations of numbness over the perineum?
No, sir.
—————Any ED problems?
Well, having a dysfunctional and overly weak BC muscle messes with your erections, the Corpus Spongiosum deflates immediately if I don’t have a 100% erection and even then it’s not at all passable. The CC’s are hard as hell but the CS doesn’t inflate so I’m literally FLAT. This is also always the case if my penis is pointing upward. Unacceptable erections.
—————Is your general health good?
In general, yes.
Again thanks for taking the time Firegoat. Hope what I wrote was understandable. Anyone else care to chime in?
