I started doing Kegels a few weeks ago. Today, I was feeling really randy and ended up spanking the monkey (standing up), during which I blew my load to the level of my chest. Kegels are great! Now I just need to find a girlfriend to blow my next wad on.

This brings me to a broader realization I had this week. I don’t have a huge dick. It’s about 5.5” BPEL and 5.25” EG midshaft. Anyway, I started doing 150 jelqs per day for two days on, one off, starting about week ago. (I’m really afraid to do any of the more drastic exercises, after reading accounts of injuries.) My goal was to gradually increase my length to 6.25”. It’s been a week, and I’ve decided I’m not even going to worry about measuring my length or my progress. My dick definitely feels harder and healthier with these exercises, and that’s all that matters. I’m going to continue kegelling and jelqing twice every three days for a few months to see what happens. If I get bigger, great, and if not, I’m not setting myself up for disappointment.

One foot down...one to go

Hey guys,

Been PE-ing for only two weeks. 2 days on one day off routine. I am like you Swintech. Trying to take it slow. I have too admit I have been a little sore after some sessions and really have to listen to the good sore and bad sore messages, kind of like with muscle building.
At 4 1/2” bpel, maybe 5” bpel (I am still trying to sort that out) I am also working (finally) at the acceptance side of my size. Which is alot easier to deal with than the uncertainty of how this PE will work. I do have every confidence that it will help, I also look at it as a process of taking action to change something, which is also pyschologically helpful.
