A few things.
First, wait until this is entirely healed. It may be a couple of weeks. Do no PE and refrain from sex or masturbation. Really.
When using that device there should be a sleeve made of silicone with only one end open. Like a short, thick condom. You need to place this over the head, being careful to get rid of as much air as you can. Then push this into the head unit, etc. Alternatively, some people use medical tape (ouch). The idea is to create a buffer within the vacuum itself.
Lastly, when using this as an all-day-stretcher you only need enough tension to keep it extended. You do not need much at all.
When hanging weight or stretching at high tension, do so in 20 minute intervals and then take a break. Make yourself. The thing is comfortable and this combined with urgency of wanting fast gains leads people to push. Don’t. You lose more time than you’ll gain.
If you begin to see where the blistered area is once again developing, STOP. Take a break. Post on Thunder's. Whatever.
