Length Building Routine.ideas
Hey guys, I’ve been at PE on and off for a while.right now I’m sorta off.I know it’s bad, and I’m trying to get back into things, shits just come up lately.
Ne ways.my current stats are roughly 5.25” EG, 6” EL, 7” BPEL (I know.quite the fat pad haha, assuming I’m measuring right).
I’m pretty happy with my girth, if I get some gains there id be happy though. However, I mostly want to gain length wise. Any idea what some good routines to follow might be? (Or exercises?)
Before I was doing the newbie routine stretches for 5 min, then 2 1 minute BTC stretches, and 3 sets of 10 JAI stretches. Jelqing about once to twice a week.
