Hey guys, I’ve been at PE on and off for a while.right now I’m sorta off.I know it’s bad, and I’m trying to get back into things, shits just come up lately.
Ne ways.my current stats are roughly 5.25” EG, 6” EL, 7” BPEL (I know.quite the fat pad haha, assuming I’m measuring right).
I’m pretty happy with my girth, if I get some gains there id be happy though. However, I mostly want to gain length wise. Any idea what some good routines to follow might be? (Or exercises?)
Before I was doing the newbie routine stretches for 5 min, then 2 1 minute BTC stretches, and 3 sets of 10 JAI stretches. Jelqing about once to twice a week.

Stick at the Newbie Routine consistently before incorporating devices.

Keep doing the newbie routine until you hit the 3 months of consistent PE. Then give this thread a bump.

Are there any videos of dld blaster length routines still not getting that routine , I hear it great for length , iam getting girth

I heard dld was fake on another tread are there videos or illustrations for improved length girth working good by flattening daily

3 months consistent? like i siad i’ve been at it on and off (liek 2 week breaks or so) since like feb-mid march (somewhere in that area…). so think it’ll be ok to throw in that btc and jai stretching? and perhaps take a look @ hanging?

No, do PE consistent for 3 months and then go for advanced exercises. You have one dick, why fuck it up?

Starting: 6.25" BPEL x 5" EG on or before Aug. 04/93.

Aug. 04/05. 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" EG. -- Lastest: 7.625" BPEL x 5.625" EG on Aug. 07/06.

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG or untill the little lady says ouch.
