For me I can stretch my penis out when it’s flaccid and get a longer measurement by about .25 inch versus when it is hard. However if I haven’t jacked off for about a week when on vacation my erection is more close to the flaccid stretch size. Anyone else experience similar?

I am 3/4” longer when stretched than when hard. I wore the FastSIZE stretching device for almost a year. I didn’t really get much flacid or erect gain but I got the 3/4” stretch gain. Go figure. As for PE, no gains after more than three months. No I’m back to the FastSIZE again. What a ball buster this all is.
