I think search, search, search is the best answer. Lots of threads on this subject.

How about this one? Easy length gains!

Start with normal stretches, I assume you know what they are and some light jelqing 2on1 off. After 2months of that add in 10mins of BTC on top of things. 1 months after that throw in some V and A Stretches ontop of everything(By this time you may want to switch to 5on2 off routine). Do this if your PI’s are good.

By this time I would hope you would of read more forum info and know what to do next. Good luck!

Makes sense to me. After a year of trying all of the length exercises, now is the time to ask. If he had asked right off, the response would have been “use the search function.” Heat is the answer to length gains.

Manual stretching, ADS, hanging, and low erection jelqing all come to mind. The best routine seems like a moot question as the effectiveness of each routine can only be evaluated on an individual basis. In short, you need to experiment to find the routine that gives you the best results.
