YES!! I’ve made new gains! (0,40 inches, to be precise)
I wanted to try something else, since increasing time and weight
Weren’t leading me anywhere, and read in a post here about how,
With PE, less is more.
I found it an interesting thought, and decided to give it a go.

I went back from 3 hours a day to only 1, and dropped the weight
From 10 to 4,5 lbs. Kinda like when I first started.

Well, for me this has proven to be a win-win situation.
More time to do other things, and a bigger dick too!

WOW. When people talk about hanging weights I always thought they meant 1 or 2 lbs, but TEN?? I’d be afraid of my penis ripping off! Obviously I’m really new to all this. Anyways, congrats on your gains WarmGun! How long did it take you?

Very interesting. What position to you hang? How long have you been at thie hanging game? Do you feel fatigue? Did all 0.4” come from the new workout?

Hanging seems interesting.

0.4” is a big gain. I have a feeling you’d have gained that even if you didn’t hang at all afterwards. What you experienced was getting gains while on a break - usual stuff.

Damn Sparky, just when I thought I had it all figured out, you’ve got me doubting again.
I’ve been hanging for about 5 months now, and have made good gains.
But the fastest gains we’re in the beginning, with low weight and little time. When I
Got greedy and increased weight and time the gains stopped. My break wasn’t that long,
A little over a week, and I didn’t have any noticeable gains when I started my lighter routine.

The only thing I can do to be certain is to keep doing what I’m doing and see where it takes me.

To ModestoMan, the Squirrel, and anybody else who is interested:
I’m hanging SD, and for the past 3 weeks my routine has been:

In the morning:
5 min warmup
10 min manual stretches
15 min hanging

During the day:
5 x 2 min manual stretches ( 4 x 30 sec)

In the evening:
5 min warmup
10 min manual stretches
15 min hanging

I know ,it’s incredible, but I’m happy!

Some guys hang in the 20lb range. It’s actually quite a bit less than a strong manual stretch I find, but the idea is to use lower weight for extended time to cause permanent deformation of the ligs and tunica tissues. Of course you start in the 1-5lb range, and move up gradually.

I think it’s good to take regular breaks from hanging when you feel like your weight used is getting high. At that time, it’s time to stop and decondition yourself.
Even if you just switch to girth workouts for a bit like I did. I’ve never hung more than 12.5lbs if I remember correctly.

Interesting that you combine both manual stretching and hanging, when I started hanging I gave up on stretching because it was my least favorite exercise, and I could do hanging passively while I multi-tasked other things I wanted to do like surf Thunder’s.

Thanks Redwood, the reason I stretch and hang is because I feel it gives me better fatique

Then just hanging. It also seems to help in the flaccid hang department.

Before this routine, my dick was in almost constant “turtle mode”, I believe it’s called.

But now it’s hanging fat and happy throughout most of the day.
