I’ve been doing PE for years off and on. I now figured out that my penis responds better to very light PE workouts.

My routine has been: Water pumping at .5-1”hg for only a few minutes followed by 10-20 light pressure jelqs maybe 2-3sec each. I’ve been doing this routine once a day a few times per week.

I am noticing improved EQ from this light routine. And maybe even some gains from it as well.. Do you think this routine has enough intensity and/or volume for me to see permanent gains or am I just experiencing improved EQ?

I think maybe I will keep this routine for a while and see if I keep gaining then very slowly ramp up intensity and or volume.

It seems to me that sparkyx’s theory about tissue retraction/toughening applies to my situation. I seem to respond much better to very minimal workout vs intense workouts or even moderate workouts.

I’ve noticed that if I overdo a session my penis retracts for a few days then comes back to full hang. I’ve noticed if I get the session just right that I get a massive hard on that is larger than usual right after the session and over the next day as well.

I think I’ll stick with the light routine for a while and see if I get some gains.

I cant see that this routine can give any real gains. But better EQ is always a good thing and gives a bigger dick by itself.
