Let the challenge begin
Well folks, me and meiya777 are a motivation for each other to do our exercises consistently and to keep going until we reach our goals :)
OK OK !! I proposed a challenge between ourselves to see how we do against each other !! We are about the same penis stats and both Asian. So we should be fairly equal. Meiya777 uses hanging in his PE workout while, as some people know, I use none of that.
We are both 6 days on / 1 day off.
Meiya777’s routine:
Morning session:
10 minutes hanging @4 pounds
150 jelq
Evening session:
7 direction manual stretch @1.5 minutes
30-40 minutes hanging (changing direction every week)
200 jelq
5 minutes clamp
Daily 6 hours ADS. No warm-up warm-down, I do heli or Inv-V once a while.
Okish6er’s routine:
I do this whole PE exercise in the morning usually between 9am-11am/12pm.
15 x 10 second power stretches (stretching up, down, left, right, straight forward)
30 x 10 second circular stretches
15 x 10 second V-stretches
500 Jelqs about 3 seconds to complete each
5-10 mins of sit and stretch
Kegels about 50 times a day about 5 - 10 seconds each
I have sent meiya777 a pm asking him what day should we measure for our first ‘checkpoint’. I proposed in about 2 months time at 13th of May.
