Hey, I’m new :D

I was on the net looking for tips on how to achieve a stronger erection and stumbled on this site. I read around, learned some of the exercises, looked at routines, the average penis chart and decided I want a bigger General.

Here are my current stats:

Length (bone pressed): 6.1 Inches
Girth (mid shaft): 4.25

As you can see I want to focus more on girth than length (though length is nice too!)

My (modest) goals are:
Length: 7 inches (7.5 would be nice too.)
Girth: 5’5 Inches (is 6 inch possible?)

Should I just follow the newbie thing?

Yes :D

There are specific exercises that focus on girth (such as clamping). However, these exercises are too intense, with too much of a high injury risk for a newb.

So what you should do is do the newbie routine for 3 months. This will condition your penis. By the time 3 months is up you will be ready to try girth-orientated exercises. You might even gain some length and girth along the way.

Personally, that is my exact plan and attitude right now.

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

Greetings and welcome to the world of PE. The best advice that I can give you is to find out what you want. If your end result is 8 inches length, and 6 inches girth….. Well then by all means achieve the length first. Then the girth will come easily. Length is harder to achieve anyways once you have girth. But first and formost you must follow the newbie routine to condition your package. You only get 1 of them you know. And after the newbie routine I recommend hanging. If done correctly you can achieve your length gain and have a huge Base girth, Which hanging does. I am 5 inches along shaft and 5 6/8 now at the base from hanging for a short period of time. And having a big girth at the base makes it easier to hit girth along the rest of it. Just my advice to you. Good luck!

And when you finish the newbie routine then go on a girth routine, there are a lot of them so read and search to diced a good one.

Or you can just do one for a month and the try another one to see whats better.

Welcome, Reiki, from another Newbie (APR07).
Stick with the Newbie Routine and then when you are ready start more advanced ones.
When you have a chance, complete the PE Statistics so yo can keep a record of your progress and gains. It’s easy. Click “quick links” at the top, then PE Statistics. GOOD LUCK and Good PEing!

I have a question for nick33 and other experienced members. Do you have to do hanging after newbie routine. I’m really concerned with length, not so much girth and after I condition my penis I would like to concentrate on length exercises. What are the best you all recommend. Thanks is advance.

I don’t hang at all, you can after your penis is conditioned add to your jelqing routine, and do them slower 5-10 second strokes. Don’t forget to stretch and warm up.

However hanging and pumping I hear are good for length gains.

What about horse 440 and the ULI exercise? They are mainly for girth right?

Did my jelq’s yester day :D At first it seemed weird, I couldn’t really get my grip right, when I pull, I kind of of slide off my penis. Then I focused on getting harder and it was a bit easier.

Yes, horse/Uli/clamp are mainly for girth, but you need to condition your penis before doing those exercises.

I have a prediction. Once you see how quickly you can get gains, you won’t stop at 7. If you do, your a greater man than I. Go for it man!
