Hello.

I have been doing PE off and on for 5 years now. I have made some real gains in length. From 4.00” EL to ~5.00” EL. I am super happy about that. Of course I’d like another 0.5 inches but it’s not required. But my MEG only went from 4.4375” to 4.5”.

If I was able to get to 5” MEG it would really change my life. I suffer from confidence issues in the bedroom and in general that stem around my penis size. Being small makes me feel like less of a man. I’m working on those issues mentally but I’d still like to get closer to average in the meantime. I have made length gains that I am content with, but to me girth is the most important. I truly know it would make a huge difference on my confidence if I could get to 5” MEG.

First goal: 4.75” MEG.
Final goal: 5” MEG.

I know some of you want to be huge, and that’s great, but I desire to be average to feel confident and to be able to satisfy my partners. As a man in this society, it’s hard being small.

I’ve tired so many things: jelqing, pumping, squeezes, post training cock rings. And I was pretty consistent, researched, and with good form for all of them. Made sure I had good PIs. I have been around the block with PE so I have a pretty good idea of what I’m doing. By no means an expert though.

So now one of my life goals is to get my first 1/4 inch in girth and then 1/2 inch.

What would you recommend for someone who just can’t gain girth after all these years? What worked for you? If you were a hard girth gainer what caused you to break through? If you could go into some detail that would be much appreciated.

You can certainly try clamping, if you have not already gone there. It’s definitely an advanced exercise and comes with risks, so be cautious if you do so.

As you know, even at 4.5” you are good to go, personally I think you are being way too hard on yourself and placing too much value on your girth.

With that behind us, you can easily bring your self up to 4.75” or even 5.00” over a few pumping and clamping sessions. You can always bring that residual expansion to the table come date night. I do this regularly.

I can tell you after years of sex alternating between thicker cock and less thick cock, I think I get off on the expansion more than my wife does. ADJ, i usually dont post much here but i will try to help. Although i gain(ed) girth more easily than length, please read this because after reading your post all i want is to help you.
Lots of things depends on genetics, routine (if manual then maybe too much grip, no heat and many many other things that cause too much strain to the member), life style, diet…….
Some people gain girth from hanging…….. PE is an adventure where not every exercise or routine works for every individual. Maybe you need to take a short break from PE….?
Ok ill say this:
If you dont need a break or feeling very fresh this is my advice (advice but very thought out):
Start a journal and daily write down your program (skipped a day, feeling sick,overtrained, low PIs, super busy/tough day at work, stressed out…? write that down. A weeks or months later you will go back and read your notes and then you can see when you have had good or bad growth)
I am not going to give you a routine but no matter what exercise/s are being applied, make sure you weekly or maybe every 2 weeks increase the time/duration of exercises you are performing. Maybe only add a 1 min or two every week or every two weeks to them. Make sure you are warming up prior exercising and between. Dont have to tell us, but if you have been skipping the warm ups…….i am telling you the heat helped me big time. Every one knows that the heat is a hassle but very rewarding and a missing piece of a puzzle.
Add kegel exercises (my favorite is a towel raise - look it up).
Improve your diet, eat healthier, more meat and skin (skin has collagen). Check out beet root as it contains stuff that expands veins and helps with erection-blood flow.
When going to take a pee do several helicopter swings,dry jelqs and a few JAIs .
Go commando or atleast start wearing loose boxers.
Even on a super busy day (life happens) try to at least do some maintenance work.
Dont measure too often, believe in the process. When doing PE, visualize your member fatter thicker and never bring any doubt/negative emotions towards your size. Believe.

Many times i was lost but once i applied most of the things i wrote for you in this post, my gains started to show/accelerate. Yea i know the true PE routine takes alot out of our daily lives but thats what it takes.

Personally, I’ve seen many cocks throughout my life (not counting porn here), and most of them are in a different league. They’re just so much thicker and longer. I just imagine that’s a totally different experience for a girl. I think 0.5” of girth would change my confidence dramatically. I wouldn’t feel anxious when a girl takes off my pants. I wouldn’t feel like my girlfriend is wishing she was having sex with other guys. I would feel like more of a man. I understand a lot of this is in my head, but some of it is not. I am below average in length and girth. This would really help my conditioned mind stop ruminating about my shortcomings between my legs. I think it would give me a sense of peace. Hey thanks so much for your reply, especially since you don’t post that much. Means a lot.

Using a list format because it’s easier:

1. I do keep logs of my routines.
2. I increase the time/reps of exercises regularly.
3. Using plenty of heat. I have a heating pad that gets quite hot and I use it for 10 minutes at the beginning of each workout.
4. I do erect kegels with a handtowel daily. I do them with a 5 second hold at the top. But I’m only doing 15/day right now and should probably do more. How many do you do? Do you hold at the top?
5. I am in good shape.
6. Will look into beet root. Is there any research on it that you can point me to? Any other supplements?
7. I need to start doing a couple small moves throughout the day. Every time I go to the bathroom would be a good reminder + plenty of times.
8. I like my briefs. Hope this one isn’t a problem.
9. Consistency is key. I will really try to do maintenance work on the days where I am busy/traveling.
10. I’ve only measured once in the past 2 months. Grew in length but not in girth. Feel like it’s time to move away from pumping for something new. Will be doing maintenance over the holidays because I will be traveling but when I get back I will start a new routine targeting girth. All recommendations are welcome.

Hi adgj1987, I’ve felt the same as you all of my life. I don’t have any really helpful advice other than to reinforce what you already know, which is no matter what results you achieve with PE, don’t let this ruin your life. Keep working on you mind.

I started with a MSEG of 4.4” and have increased it to 5.5;” however, it took five years of fairly aggressive pumping. I pumped twice a day (am & pm) at 5 hg for 20 minutes and once a week at 4 hg for 45 minutes. No measurable results for first nine months.

4 - Well you can hold at the top, raise the towel super fast and let it drop a halfway down and then kegel again to lift it up….do a variations of this exercise. I remember when i was hanging weights and my top ligs were sore, this exercise was very pleasant to do as it was making my ligs even more sore.
5 - Beets have nitrates = opens up veins…. more nitric oxide…..helps to relax and lowers blood pressure and more. Look it up. Other supps? Well read this forum for this subject, plenty of info.
7 - Up to you, i like when my unit hangs low when wearing boxers.
