Hey guys,

So, this might be a bit of a long winding post, but essentially I had a pretty bad mental health problem the past 12 months.
Anyway, I’m coming out of it healthy and with a whole new outlook on life.
Essentially reevaluating my life and doing everything to improve it, including health and that’s where the penis enlargement comes in.

I’ve been off and on for years and maybe had a 1cm gain overall so I wasn’t consistent.

Essentially what I’ve done is really planned everything important in my life and put it into a daily schedule. From Gym, to Hobbies, to Work, etc. But we only have so much time in a day.

So to finally get to my question(s);
- How much time would be beneficial to invest each day into PE?
- I work from home at the computer all day, I thought of an ADS. Would this be a good idea?

Since I’m sitting all day I thought okay, well I could use it while working?

Any advice for my specific situation would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time and reading this.

Don’t forget to schedule in sleep and good food.

If you’re thinking ADS the maximum amount of time possible. The only research done on extenders has been done with funding from manufacturers so take it with a pinch of salt but 10000 hours of extender time might make an appreciable difference beyond the easy to access newbie gains. That’s 16 hours of extender time a day for 2 years.

Personally, I always preferred to spend 20-40 minutes a day 5 days a week on PE and then forget about it. ADS seems like a lot of effort.

I’m new to PE too. I have started 3 mo the ago and I have stuck with the newbie routine. I have gained 2 cm. In length nothing in girth. Girth is more important for me since that’s what my lady likes. My routine is 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I rest the rest of the days. I do about 20 min the last 5 mi it’s I incorporate the horse squeeze which I have read works well for girth. I’m not very aggressive with my PE to avoid injuries. I hat I have noticed is the benefits of a hard cock. I’m 45 and I have been woken up in the middle of the night to my cock being very hard, and it stays that way for like 5 min!!

I will start to post my journey in the journey forum. I’m still learning how to navigate this forum.

Does anyone know if by sticking to the newbie routine can I meet my goals, or do I need to do more aggressive routines

There are two progress forums. One is a private one if you want to post pictures.

It’s good to start out slowly and learn your limits. As long as you’re gaining, it’s all good. Don’t worry too much that it isn’t girth right now. There’s plenty of time to get more aggressive if you need to.

I work from home also and it’s been the main reason I can invest the time I can for PE. ADS seems to be for a lot of guys. For me it’s clamping and pumping occasionally with manual work every day as much as I can. Some days lately I’ve been doing multiple edging/ballooning sets without cumming. It’s a huge mental and physical uplift the more you get into it. Browse my posts, I’ve been at it for a decade.

I tried an ADS once and it’s not comfortable at all anyway haha.

Clamping is aimed at girth but it can affect length as with most other things that are aimed at girth.

There is a whole post by bearded dragon where he summarizes the biggest gainers in the history of the forum. It accounts for lots of people, but what they all have in common is that they invest hours every day. PE gets results, but it demands massive investments of time and effort.

If you’re working from home I envy you, because you’re in a position to make enormous gains. If you believe Bib about his gains (I am extremely skeptical) he says he got there by working his way up to all day hanging while working from home.

If you have some experience already, that is the direction I would go. It’s basically a passive exercise done in a seated or standing position, so if you have the time and privacy you could probably do a lot with that without having to really commit a ton of time to it.

Thanks Jtems, I’ll look into that thread of BeardedDragon. Sometimes though I look at it and see them and most already seem to start very large, so I’m wondering if already having a larger unit gives you more to work with.

Haha working at homes great, but there’s people still living here too so there is still a lack of privacy some days, but I could work it into a routine when nobody is around.

Hanging does sound alright! I work on a computer chair so perhaps I can look into that, starting at light weight, etc. Perhaps do it after warming up in the shower.

Unfortunately for those of us on the shorter end of the curve, yes.

If you have a 4” penis, another inch is a 25% gain, which is a lot. If you’re starting with an 8” penis, a 25% gain is two inches.

[shrug] There’s always a quicker draw or a bigger dick; you have to ignore that and optimize what you’re starting with.
