Lig pops

I (i) have just gotten what feel like ligament pops are these good or bad?

A(a)lso when I(i) flex my pc it really hurts around my sphincter does anyone know what this is?

You will find a ton about them if you use the search feature. I don’t know much about them myself.

I wish I could get a lig pop. My ligaments have toughened to the point that I can comfortably hang 27 lbs. and not get sore—all in 6 weeks times with the bib hanger. It is ridiculous how tough those suckers are to SD. Have somewhat better fatigue with BTC. And I know, the soft tissues need plenty more time to condition for most newbies..then again, I have done jelking/pumping for 6 mos. prior.

I get them occasionally too, but carnivore, do you get them every time you kegel? If so I’d suggest visiting the doctor, sounds scary.

As for lig pops, I don’t get them personally, but I have read about them and they don’t seem to be bad, as long as they don’t cause lingering pain (beyond when they pop).

Finally the Grammar. This is an important point. We like to have *real* English here, not text talk, or chat talk. You have plenty of time to type the message there’s no one waiting in real time for your reply, take your time, revel in the English language, use punctuation, grammar, the spell check. One of the main reasons for this (apart from our love of SPAG - Spelling, punctuation and grammar) is that a lot of the members here are not native English speakers and we want to make this as user friendly as possible (ur, r, im, m8, l8r, etc don’t go through translators very well). Trust me, you get used to typing properly after a while.
