Hello,

I have been doing quite a number of ligament stretch (downward pulling). However, yesterday i felt a sudden sharp pain in the area. Like, your hand just quickly stops pulling out of the bodys natural reaction.

Obviously that means i have to stop pulling. I am just getting worried. What does this mean? Is this what they call a ligament pop? When i pull it upward, i dont feel anything, so, obviously its the ligament.

If i rest, should i still continue pulling downward? Even when my lot is not at 6 oclock yet?

Any advice?

Routine:
Purely manual.
Jelq- until i feel the erection weakens (not dead) usually 150 reps per day rest after 2 days
Stretch-i watch a video for 30 minutes. The goal is to stretch at least an hour for two consecutive days then rest.
Edging- ok embarrasingly, ill reveal myself a lil bit. I bought a sex doll. And play with it until i feel the erection weakens. I only edge this way when i feel im not recovered yet from jelq. This is like a mini EQ workout for me.

Results. I have not measured yet. Although, evidently, i can see a more fuller dick. I prefer to measure 6months or even a year hence i cant give any measurement yet.

Erection quality- as far as i can tell, it is 9/10. Usually i dont wear condoms to fuck the gf because erection quality is not the same. But now, even with condoms, it is not a problem.

I have experienced pain several times from ligament stretches, even once or twice the "pop". It recovered every time. But I wouldn’t say it was a strong pain and it always went away within a day or two.

But anyway, why do you stretch only downwards? I wouldn’t do that. Downwards is the direction I stretch least, because I don’t want to point him downwards, rather upwards. Actually it’s also quite important to relax your BC muscle when doing ligament stretches. When you are totally relaxed you can feel how strong the stretch is and if it’s even in all directions.

Relaxation should help to avoid that pain.


Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

I have been reading most of the stretches thread. Most veterans say to maximise the ligament stretch (by observing your lot) first before you go with tunica. So, thats what i prioritise first haha. I dont think i would mind a downward pointing dick. Will that cause any problem with sex in the future?

Ahh that make sense. Yeah i feel the natural fighting reaction of my unit when i pull it (it kinda pulls back). However, i find that when I warm up long enough, it tends to stretch easily like a pencil as described by veterans. I will start applying the reverse BC. Thanks mate.

So, does this mean. My ligament is sore and needs proper resting?

I’ve had a similar, if not the same injury from the ADS. Time and rest are the key to healing. Everything else that you mentioned seems normal. No embarrassment for the doll if it works for you. I prefer a sleeve to my hands when edging too. IMO, it feels closer to the real thing and can even help with stamina building workouts. F*ck other ppl, take care of you.

So, i did a remeasure. I have lost 0.5 inch to 0.75 inch. I guess 1 hour of stretching is too much. I ignored the pain as an indicator of a negative PI.

In addition, since i have stopped PE now to recover, i now suffer from ED a bit. I am confident it will come back though.

Change of approach.
I plan to measure myself every now and then.

As a question though
How often should i measure? Ive read some discussions here, but there seems to be no golden rule. I know its a personal preference. However, i want to copy from the people whos been doing this for long. Any advice?
