Ligaments targeting excersises

Hi Everyone,

Can you recommend exercises to stretch the ligaments?
My full erections are rock hard and when that happens I can’t exactly bend my penis down so it’s parallel with the floor(90 degrees). This makes is difficult to have sex in certain positions. The situation used to be way worse, my penis was literally pointing at my face and couldn’t bend it down by much. Since then I had an operation and this has improved it significantly. From what I can gather it seems like the ligaments are what stops now from bending it down when I try to do it. I would appreciate you help.
