Linear Routine Results

No, I moved up weekly, however, if I felt a really good workout, I’d keep my reps the same until I wasn’t feeling as accomplished after a workout. On the attachment, days with x’s are workout days, and without x’s are rest days. The notes are about my PI’s and any changes I make in my routine.

UC - you should provide pictures as proof, and continue providing them as you “gain.”

The reason PE isn’t taken seriously by any mainstream community is because there is no evidence of it, other than all the n=1 anecdotal garbage you see on these boards and others.

What does “n=1” mean?

I really don’t care if people believe me or not. I’m not doing this for you guys, I’m doing it for myself.

also, in statistics n = number of subjects being observed. so, maybe he is saying that there is only evidence of one person gaining as opposed to a n=100 where better error and standard deviations could be formed. I’m not sure thought. You probably shouldn’t trust me because i havent posted any pictures :-)

Not to mention the fact that any advanced Photoshop user can create fake pictures so perfect that you can’t tell they are fake. So.. Thanks UCR for sharing what you shared ;)

I don’t need pictures, I just want a direction to move in. I’m trying to follow the linear routine and I’m going to try something similar to what you tried.

Just a side note, my first gains were most definitely from EQ, but the other .125 inches is all new, So we will see how the second month pans out.

Okay. Gotcha. Damn! I thought I would gain .25 inches in a month by following your routine! hahaha

Well I was doing 100 jelqs before…maybe I should stick with that then instead of going so far back down

hahaha, sorry man! you never know though, the creator of the routine approximated a .5 inch gain in 2 months I think
