long casual PE session or quik and hard?
Sometimes I ned up going at it too hard at first and I end up getting either the donut effect or too many red spots to continue. It still seems like a good workout but I’m just wondering what you all think has more perminant effects on the penis.
Starting off casually pumping and stretching, then slowly working your way up to harder Jelqs/stretches/squeezes.
OR
Working it pretty hard steadily throughout the session untill it seems unwize to work it anymore (which is usually only after 15-20 minutes for me)
Basicly, should my sessions be hard for 20 minutes or medium hard for 45.
