long casual PE session or quik and hard?

long casual PE session or quik and hard?

Sometimes I ned up going at it too hard at first and I end up getting either the donut effect or too many red spots to continue. It still seems like a good workout but I’m just wondering what you all think has more perminant effects on the penis.

Starting off casually pumping and stretching, then slowly working your way up to harder Jelqs/stretches/squeezes.
OR
Working it pretty hard steadily throughout the session untill it seems unwize to work it anymore (which is usually only after 15-20 minutes for me)

Basicly, should my sessions be hard for 20 minutes or medium hard for 45.

What worked best for me was medium hard for the forty minutes. After two to three weeks, I upped it to 60 to 90 minutes, jelqing. After ten weeks of jelqing, I added the stretches and squeezes, 60 to 90 minutes minimum on a daily basis with rare days off. The extended session, medium hard worked great with no spots, bruises, or injuries.

I think the longer the better. But even after the hot wrap. I begin my jelq sessions nice and easy for the first 2-3 minutes, just to get the blood flowing and bring pressures up slowly, which I think greatly reduces trauma. I jelq for 15 minutes, then pump for 10, jelq for 5, pump for 10, jelq for 5, pump for 10 and jelq for 5. For now, I am keeping the pump pressure around 5.

Horsehung: you do really long sessions, I read you saying that somewhere else. I don’t know if I can do 60-90 minutes a day but today I think I was Jelqing/squeezing for about 45 minutes (plus 15 stretching) which is longer than usual and damn, best workout I’ve ever had. I measured after my session and almost pewped my pants hehe. I was about .2” - .3” thinker than usual. (these are not permanent gains)

So ya I’ve decided to make my sessions last real long from now on. This is really exciting, PE never ceases to amaze me, however, these .3” gains are not permenant. I’m hoping that the huge size gains after PE means that that’s where I’m headed and I just need to cement those gains in.

When I first started, my immediate after PE gains weren’t permanent either. But you’ve stretched it, and if you keep stretchng it, those gains will show up again and again. Eventually, and you may be surprised how soon, those gains will be cemented, and they’ll be there whether you PE that day or not. Exciting, huh? Happy gaining, Jimmy.
