Looking for Advice on Extenders

Hello all,

I’ve done PE in the past, but it’s been some time. Long story short, I would stick with it for awhile, then at some point plateau or get tired of the discomfort and quit.

I’m looking to start up a routine again and the plan is to incorporate jelqing in the morning and then and also find and extender that I can comfortably wear sitting for prolonged periods of time during the day (4-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week). I thought I had found a comfortable extender in the past when I discovered the phallosan, but after around 6 months of use, I really didn’t see anything in terms of results after about month 2. My main theory behind the lack of results was the amount of tension didn’t feel like it was a lot.

I’ve also tried a variety of traction devices before (size genetics, x4, quick extender pro, etc) and I’ve seen better results with these. However, I find that wearing them while sitting is quite painful, especially around the base, where it tends to press against the scrotum area directly underneath my penis. So good results, but can’t deal with the pain of wearing these while sitting. I would also note that when I typically wear I traction extender, I push my penis in a downward direction, which is why I think the pain is there; unfortunately, I can’t really let my penis stand tall, as this isn’t very discreet.

So I think what I need is something that can we worn comfortably while sitting but also has a high amount of tension to help me with my results. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Feel free to ask any clarifying questions.

Is the majority of discomfort at the base, or also in the glans?

Can you describe the discomfort at the base a bit more? Is it burning or something different?

The glans is usually ok. I originally used the silicone tubes to secure the glans but those slip after awhile. I then moved to a strap and surrounded the glans with a piece of rubber so the pressure from the strap didn’t hurt me.

The pressure at the base is what kills me. It would sometimes leave red marks. Not burning, no. I think that what happens is since the base on a traction extender is usually shaped like a circle, the bottom part of that circle would press against my scrotum and testicles while sitting for long periods of time (which I do often).

One extender I was looking at was the Size Doctor. I noticed that the base on this isn’t a full circle, and since it’s a vac extender, slippage should be too much of N issue if it’s close to being as good as the phallosan. But my concern with this extender is the advertised tension is about 800g while others like Size Genetics boast 2800g tension.

Appreciate any advice.

The X4 has the “U” form on the scrotum side of base, others, like the PMP have a perfect circle. Have you tried both of these types of bases? If so, any improvement in using the “U” form type base, or no?

Sounds like you are getting a case of “ball burn”. One option is to keep that area lubed up so the skin won’t stick to the base and is able to move about slightly.

How important would you say tension is? I was thinking about just getting a cheap pro extender but I noticed that it advertises up to 1500g tension I believe. In contrast, size genetics advertises 2800g. The price difference is quite substantial. Could it be worth the difference in price?

Depends on the diameter of the springs. One thing to consider, is that extenders or springs that offers a lot of tension, is going to put a lot of stress to your glans. Discomfort/pain and slipping off is something you will have to be prepared for, and you will have to tightening the noose very tight to not slipping out of the extender, thus leading to a blood flow that is cut off, and your penis going cold very fast. Not recommended. Many guys use extenders with «heavy tension», maybe they should give us some insight in their experiences of it. Myself are happy with 1500 grams. Many guys also advocate that growth does appear with lesser force, say 600-900 grams. You will have to experiment and find out what works for you.

What i would do is do PE in the morning and then wear Monkey Bars ADS …….around the waist or straight down towards the knee. When doing daily life routine ads would be wrapped around my stomach, when sitting down or with having a lots of privacy the stretcher would be attached to the knee.

Have you had experience using lower tension for long periods of time? Have you had any measurable gains with this? Thanks for the input.

Like I said, my unit is happy with max 1500 grams, and the two years+ I did it almost every day for an average of four hours a day, I gained 1,5 inch in length,

Hi again,

Just curious, during those two years, were you only using an extender? Or did you incorporate other PE exercises (jelqing, etc)? I would be interested to understand what your routine was that helped you achieve those gains.

Mostly I used the extender, with some jelqing, while still in the extender, to force some fresh blood into glans during long sets and some jelqing between sets. Also warm up with a warm damp cloth and some stretches. Sometimes I used some light hanging instead of the extender, but mostly the extender, more than 2400 hours in it during those two years. There’s no simlpe solution, every man is different, every penis is different and will respond differently to different excersises. You will just have to experiment and see what’s working for you.
