Hi everyone this is my first post.

I have a little bit of experience I started in 2012 went from a BPEL of 16.5 cm to 4 months later BPEL of 18.5/19 cm depending on EQ. I had to stop because my girth was abit to much for my girlfriend at the time ( I never measured my girth before now)

I recently started again (2 weeks now) with 5 min warm towel 10/15 min stretches (every direction with kegels) and 15/20 Wet jelqs (palm down and palm up) and 10 min pump session.

I measured 2 weeks back at 6.7 inch 17 cm BPEL and 13 cm 5.1 mid base Girth.

This week I’m not feeling the jelq strain and it’s concerning me abit because I associate that with gains. Should I be concerned and up my session?

Also I’m doing kegels in my stretches and while jelqing and while pumping - is this recommended?

My pump doesn’t have a gauge and I don’t really want to buy a new one. I generally stop pumping when I feel it’s to much and decrease abit of pressure every 2 mins and re pump a bit - Am I setting myself up for injury.

I haven’t done a measurement ( I will in 2 weeks which takes me to a month) as I think I’ve gained a small amount but mainly just better EQ and of course I’ve noticed flaccid gains but that’s very standard.

It’s okay that you’re not feeling any strain. Watch your PI’s.

If you are serious about pumping get one with a gauge. It’s not something you want to do without knowing how much vacuum you’re using.

Yea my PI’s haven’t been great. I think you mentioned once masturbation is generally bad and I will follow that advise.

Penis doesn’t sense so well the pressure changes and you probably won’t be able to distinguish the recommended pressure, that is from 3 to 5” Hg.

By looking into reports you can clearly see this from members saying that aren’t feeling nothing while pumping at 5” Hg, for example.

Lenny, Ok I’ll stop using the pump for now because I probably over did the pressure because of not having a gauge.

Kegels included in all my exercises? Recommend?

Kegeling while exercising only if you do clamping. Not sure about you, but personally I felt uncomfortable to kegel while jelqing, I was either getting too erect or completely flaccid.

You can try kegels while on session, otherwise throw them right after session.

Didn’t pump last night and PI’s are slightly better also didn’t kegel as much during jelqing as I felt it was doing double the exercise and tiring my penis out.

Haven’t had sex or masturbated in 5 days which is starting to frustrate me but it’s also helping.

I’m starting to notice girth gains but feel it’s making it harder for me to gain length as the entire unit just feels stronger and more solid in flaccid state.. When stretching sometimes it feels like a different penis so having to play around with the grip as my hand isn’t used to stretching such a fat penis.

But yes I’m starting to worry I’ve only gained girth and it’s making it a lot harder to gain length.

Any advise? Should I take a break from jelqing and just stretch?

Hopefully will take new measurements tonight, I’m not really expecting anything major as I’m 5 weeks in
