Looking for answers and advice.

Longtime lurker, first time poster.
My current stats: 8” x 5.5”
I’ve finally decided to get into PE and I want to do it properly, I have some questions and concerns which I hope this great community could answer.
I’m fully aware of the newbie routine, regardless of that I want to know what the optimal combination of tools are for length and width.
For width people are talking about clamps, pumps (wet or dry?). And for Length people are talking about hangers (Bib seems like a legend here, website and product appears to be ancient), extenders, etc.
Goodlookingloser forums seems to swear by the Bathmate product, but over here it appears to be less popular, it is said that you can only gain a maximum of 2 extra inches, true or not? (Haven’t seen it documented.)
Thoughts on Phallosan and SizeGenetics? People are talking about X4 Labs, their website just redirects to an Amazon page? Last post on Twitter was in 2017.
It’s difficult finding this information since threads are old, and I wasn’t able to find any poster that has made significant size gains with documented proof (general bad picture quality) etc.
It would be nice if the information could be more streamlined, years pass and new products pop up but it doesn’t really appear to be discussed much.
What I’m asking in a nutshell: What are the best products and routine to use for steady growth?
