Hey Guys,
New to the forums, long time lurker and PE practitioner. Saw this post, had to respond. I can tell you from personal experience that losing weight does not make you lose size. In fact, it will help you gain on the NBP measurements. Just got back on my diet after messing around with food for years, and I’ve lost 35 lbs in 2 months. Restarted my PE adventure at the same time as the healthy eating as well. I have gained maybe .125” BPEL in this time with my routine, but a whopping .75” NBPEL. The relative difference in the amount gained shows that losing the fat pad is a huge gainer (especially for hefty fellas like me). Plus, the surrounding areas (gut, thighs, hips) are now slimmer, giving a smaller reference point for your manhood and thus making it look bigger, even if it isn’t in reality. So, lose the weight, get bigger gains.
