If he is losing size from doing PE he definitely injured something and/or didn’t give it enough time to heal.
In any case, he overdid it in the first place which led to the contraction of eg. the ligs (or any tissue for that matter) in order to prevent the damaged tissue from getting damaged again (and thus promote healing). It’s as natural as breathing really :)

well the erection quality is highly depend on personal factors _and_ the healthiness of your unit. For most people a dick trying to play turtle means they _overdid_ it. (Some others seem to gain the most if it’s trying to hide though.. Personal physiology => Go ahead, figure. :) )
I usually head for a no-turtle injury level.. It doesn’t hurt and the gains are more impressive (since they don’t get hidden by playing turtle).

learn to measure correctly (there are tons of posts about this on TP). Then do it exactly the same _everytime_ you do it. Otherwise there’s no way for you to find out what works in the gains department and what doesn’t.
Another thing:
Don’t overdo it.. If your dick seems to be actually getting shorter you are doing something wrong. Often this is due to applying to much pressure, doing too much repetitions, pulling too hard (ever had your ligs go ouchy when having a totally flaccid one? Believe me, you don’t want that :( ).
