Lost and need help
I started my very first routine ever 35 days ago focusing only on girth. I would do a modified jelq at 80-90% erection level and would kegel blood in blood and slide up and hold for 30 seconds and continue for 5minutes with 5min rest time. This would add up to a total for 15-20min of jelqs and 15-20min of rest time. I’ve had bad Pi’s such as loss of morning wood and not as hard erections. Some people say this is normal as I break down my tunica walls, but I’m not sure. I was wondering if I should just drop this and start a beginner routine. Help please!
