Hi everyone,

I am new here and only been at “it” seriously for a couple of weeks. Had a read through a lot of threads since I joined and found some really good stuff that seems to be working nicely (no gains yet, but I didn’t expect anything, so I’m still positive about it).

The one thing that gets me is this LOT thing, now before you point me to all of the other posts, I’ve read through everything I can find and I can’t seem to find an answer to my particular problem.

I stretch my flaccid little fella and squeeze the kegel, but there is no movement. At all. Now, I think I’ve got a reasonably good PC muscle (been working it for a couple of years and it’s pretty strong), so I don’t think that’s the problem. So I just want to know whether anyone else has experienced this and what it means? Or whether I’m just doing something wrong here. It doesn’t make a difference what angle I hold it at, it just doesn’t move when flaccid. When I’m erect (or even partially) a PC squeeze will make it move strongly, so can I use this to test my LOT? Although, I’ve not seen anything which suggests this, it seems it is the only way I can test it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, it will not work when you are erect. An erect penis will simply move working off the blood pressure. You will not see any changes as you move the angle down.

Have you considered that you might have a very high LOT? That the ligs are interfering with the kegal and it is impossible to see a tugback?

Did you try pulling straight up along your abdomen and then kegal? If you did this, and still saw no tugback, and your PC is strong, you may just have extremely strong supporting structures, including the ligs. My recommendation would be to work the lower angles, from SO to BTC.

Thanks for your advice, it’s really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to get a response from.

I’ve tried it pulled straight up and still got no response at all, so maybe you’re right about the supporting structures.

I’ll try and do as much lower angle stretching as I can. Do you think that this’ll mean I have lots of potential quick gains, or will my growth be hindered by my superman ligs?

You will not know till you try. But I would guess that you have a lot of potential for gains from lig stretch.
