Lost of EQ,advice need it.
I been hanging for 3 months,been doing pe for 9.My routine is warm up for 5 min then 3x20 minutes hanging,and 10 min jelqing in between sets, and 2 days off a week .I hang 12.5 pounds but started with 5 .My EQ always been great ,specially since I started PE .For the past couple of days I haven’t been waking up with morning woods ,and my penis is not as meaty anymore .Do you guys think is time for a break for couple of weeks ?any advice would be great.
