I lost 70 plus pounds. I noticed the pubic fat still there.
What, I’ve done to help get rid of the fat. Is stretching the penis with massage of pelvic pub area.. Starting with thumb at base of shaft on top off fat mound. Right thumb left side or left thumb right side. Stroke thumb with O K grip toward other side top & side of penis. Alternate left & right hand in stroking squeezing from the mound with thumb going toward glands. As time goes on, between diet & this stretch massage. It is obvious the fat mound on pubic area is less & going away.
