I haven’t been around here very long, but I came here with my primary goal being improving EQ and secondary goal being size increase.
What has worked for me-
NO PORN/Masturbation- The human bodies primary goal is to reproduce (for males this is equivalent to climaxing.) If you are constantly blowing loads you are tricking your body into thinking it has done its job. Both your little guy and your mind need a decon break from the years of abuse (from masturbation and pornographic images.) I got to the point when I could only get fully erect watching porn, when I would masturbate without it I would only be 60-70% erect all the way through. I still struggle with this, in my mind it is more important to have no porn and a little bit of masturbation. If you have an urge to look at porn late at night, go ahead and masturbate instead without it.
Kegels- I personally do 50/day (as the nooby routine suggests, 5 second holds.)
Jelqing/edging- For me, both jelqing and edging accomplish the same thing (relating to EQ.) In order to do both of these, you have to maintain some level of erection for an extended period of time which can only be good.
I would also like to add that if you are taking any medications, a lot of medications can affect EQ, as well as a caloric deficit.
At the end of the day I have to ask myself a question: which am I going to regret more, not masturbating or not being able to get/maintain a decent erection?
