That’s a good gain. I’d suggest you take a couple of week off if you feel overtrained, than start again the newbie routine. If you are more interested in length, add fulcrum stretches and cut a bit on jelqs.

. Thanks for the reply, I think I will take the two week break and start with a lighter routine, also I will try out the fulcrum stretch exercise. Even I havent got any noticeable gains, I have noticed that there is a third vein starting to grow along with my two other large veins. Also some tiny veins are getting prominent on the unit, does this I am on the right path?

It is considered a good sign, more blood to your penis (actually veins carry blood away from an organ, but you get what I mean).

Could you ever have too much EQ. If you did would it effect your gains, by slowing down your routine.

After nearly reaching the two week rest period, I thus far haven’t seen much improvement in EQ, perhaps to some degree but not much. After all, it could indicate that the reasons behind the low EQ might be due to psychological factors rather than physical.

Yet, I need to resume the workout. How should I start? My old routine was 5 min warm up, 15 min stretch and 25 min jelq. Should I resume the old routine or start with something lighter? If so, just how light should it be?

I would appreciate any help given.

EDIT: Also earlier in this thread, there was a mentioning of fulcrum stretches, I tried searching for it, but I wasn’t able to find any videos to demonstrate the correct technique for this exercise, based on descriptions alone its possible for one do it.. Wrongly without any visual demonstrations. If someone knows where one can find a video of this exercise, it would be very helpful for me.

Doing kegels can greatly improve erections, also take a break from masturbation and porn, if you constantly empty your clip as the ammo regenerates so to speak, it won’t be the most eager to get going again

I never got a veinier dick. I always wanted that, too. But it just never happened.

I don’t know what to tell you Latva, really good erections come and go in cycles like athletic physical performance. If you’ve been stressing yourself out with PE, over using porn, using any drugs, stimulants, or alcohol, or just stressed out in general… you’re going to see some poor EQ. It’s almost guaranteed at some point after you’ve been pushing yourself with PE for a while.

The trick is to cycle your training for active recovery. Say after 6 weeks of pushing it you take two weeks off to only edge and relax a little more. It will come back, even if it’s not 100% you just have to gauge yourself off of your recovery. If 2 on 1 off leave you limp after a few months then dial it back or add more rest, or use active rest months where you start the newbie program all over again.

I really want to emphasize that low EQ is isn’t a bad thing when it comes to PE. I believe it’s just your body’s way of telling you to lighten up before you hurt yourself.

I haven’t been around here very long, but I came here with my primary goal being improving EQ and secondary goal being size increase.
What has worked for me-

NO PORN/Masturbation- The human bodies primary goal is to reproduce (for males this is equivalent to climaxing.) If you are constantly blowing loads you are tricking your body into thinking it has done its job. Both your little guy and your mind need a decon break from the years of abuse (from masturbation and pornographic images.) I got to the point when I could only get fully erect watching porn, when I would masturbate without it I would only be 60-70% erect all the way through. I still struggle with this, in my mind it is more important to have no porn and a little bit of masturbation. If you have an urge to look at porn late at night, go ahead and masturbate instead without it.

Kegels- I personally do 50/day (as the nooby routine suggests, 5 second holds.)

Jelqing/edging- For me, both jelqing and edging accomplish the same thing (relating to EQ.) In order to do both of these, you have to maintain some level of erection for an extended period of time which can only be good.

I would also like to add that if you are taking any medications, a lot of medications can affect EQ, as well as a caloric deficit.

At the end of the day I have to ask myself a question: which am I going to regret more, not masturbating or not being able to get/maintain a decent erection?
