Main Tendant

Is it true that porno stars have the big main tendant cut on the top of their unit. I have heard this for many years and I read that is why they can become hard and it still hang down for different positions. I also read that it allows the hard-on to be 1” or more longer.

Are these things true?

the tendons are what are cut during phalloplasty to make it easier to stretch, but it’s not necessary since the doctors have the patient hang weights afterward anyway. This procedure is not 100% perfect and could actually affect loss of length. Why bother spending thousands when all you need is on this site and in your hands? Good luck with the gains.
