Making a choice between hanging and extending
Hey people,
I have compression hanger and rod extender. My plan was to do 2h of hanging a day(with rests and warm ups/downs that’s 3h) and additional 3h of extending, one hour after first hanging session, one in afternoon, and last after second hanging session. That’s too much focus on penis tho that no matter what I do during that I feel PE is primary and anything else(in this case studying which is main thing, way important) gets second.
Yesterday 1h of hanging and 1h of extending took me 3h! So that would be another 3h for second hanging/extending + 1h of mid day extending equals 7h of penis work a day. That’s bizzare!
I know I want gains as fast as possible and would give anything to get that. Therefore by not agreeing to do that much of work I need to find some other solution
Extending feels much comfortable, I don’t need to look out all the time while sitting and it’s not distracting with position, some pain etc. Compared to hanging. I thought giving extending a go, only that.
To do 3h of extending or 6h or 8h? Now that’s another concern of mine. I would like to shoot for 6h, with 30min sets/5min breaks with rice sock/30min set x3. I won’t need to sit at my ‘hanging chair’ and could focus and concentrate more
What would you do at my place? 1-2h of hanging only, or 1h of hanging with 3 or 6h extending, or 2h of hanging and 3h of extending. Need to take in mind that it always took much more time then it’s supposed to
